1 large can of Pineapple juice(delmonte preferred) 1 pineapple juice can of water 1 cup of sugar(granulated) Directions: Put Ham in a large stock pot or other large pot. Pour the 1 large can of Pineapple juice over the ham. Fill the empty pineapple juice can with water and pour over ham. Pour 1 cup of sugar over ham. Do this until water and sugar covers the ham in the pot. Boil ham for 30 to 45 minutes or until ham pops up out of the water. glaze with your favorite ham glaze. I use the brown sugar/mustard glaze ( put mustard first to cover ham and then put brown sugar over the mustard) cut ham top into diamond shape and put cloves and pineapple slices and cherries on top. Heat in a 325 degrees oven until glaze is set and not burnt. |
