1lb. velveeta cheese 1 med. onion 1 scant tbs. parsley 2tbs. butter 2 eggs 1&1/2c. milk bread crumbs cook pasta as directed. A little al dente is better. Drain and set aside. Put all other ingredients except for bread crumbs into a blender till smooth. Mix cheese mixture to shells. Next add a 1/4c. of bread crumbs. Place mixture into a casserole dish. Lightly sprinkle bread crumbs to top of casserole. Set casserole into another pan with water. The water should come aboout half way up dish. Bake 350 for about 30-45 min or until lightly golden brown. |
