In a deep fryer get peanut oil piping hot (about 350 F) In a bowl blend the eggs and milk. In another bowl blend the flour, corn meal, salt, pepper and paprika. Spread a sheet of waxed paper near cooking area and place dry ingredients on this. Dip each slice of zucchini in the egg wash, then dredge both sides with dry ingredients and place the slice in the hot oil.
