1/2 lb swiss cheese slices 1/2 lb mushrooms/sliced 1/2 cup milk 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 stick of butter 2 cups dry stuffing mix cut chicken into pieces - about 4 from each breast. place in a buttered baking dish. arrange sliced mushrooms on the chicken, covering with cheese slices. mix soup and milk and pour over chicken, covering the cheese layer well. melt 1/2 stick butter. add stuffing mix well. place on top of soup mixture. bake 350 for 60 to 75 minutes |
