1/2 cup sour cream 1 TBLS chili powder 2 tsp garlic powder 3 tsp season salt pepper to taste 1 cup flour 1/4 cup white cornmeal 1 large ziplock bag Thinly coat chicken with sour cream. Mix in bag-the rest of the ingredients. Shake chicken pieces. In generously oiled glass 9x13 inch pan. |
