Potato Salad

5 Idaho potatoes
6 boiled eggs
2 stalks celery
1 large onion
3 to 4 toes garlic
1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
Dill or sweet pickle (opitional)
Yellow mustard
Mayonaise
Salt & Pepper to taste
Peel, wash and cube potatoes. Boil in salted water until just tender. Wash and chop all seasonings fine. Mash eggs with potato masher. Add all seasonings, mixing with mustard and mayonaise. Sprinkle top with paprika.
Serve hot or cold.
