2 pkgs cream cheese 1 lb velveta cheese 2 or 3 cups of mayo 2-3 bunches of green onion salt/pepper/ garlic powder to taste In a very large bowl put in the potatoes(frozen is fine). Pinch off small chunks of gream cheese and add to potatoes. Cut up Velveta in to cubes add to bowl. Add all other ingredients and toss,stir anything you can to get it all pretty much caoted with the mayo. If you need to add more or less of any ingredient it won't hurt. Put it all in a cassarole or two and bake till crispy brown at 350. It takes quite some time to bake because it is dense. This is a great recipe for parties and picnics. It will feed a large group of people. Enjoy |
