1 stick margarine, 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup chopped walnuts, 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup whipped topping, 1 cup confectioners sugar, 2 boxes intstant pudding (your choice--lemon, chocolate, vanilla), 3 cups milk | | | Crust: Melt margarine; add flour and walnuts. Mix by hand. Pat down into pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 t0 15 minutes. Let cool. Beat softened cream cheese, whipped topping and confectioner's sugar. Add instant pudding and milk. Mix. Pour into pie crust. Refrigerate until set. Top with more whipped topping. |
