1 1/2 cups flour, 1/3 cup confectioner's sugar, 3/4 cup cold margarine, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoon flour, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 1/2 cups sugar | | | Blend flour, confectioner's sugar and margarine until crumbly like a pie crust. Pat into 9 x 11-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Beat egges and add 1 tablespoon flour, lemon juice and sugar. Pour over hot crust and bake at 350 degrees an additional 20 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares and sprinkle with additional confectioner's sugar. |
