2 rolls Pillsbury chocolate chip cookies,
3/4 cup sugar,
2 eggs,
1 teaspoon vanilla,
2 8 ounce packages cream cheese--whipped | | | Beat together until smooth and creamy the sugar, eggs, vanilla and cream cheese. Slice cookie rolls into 1/2-inch slices. Lay one layer in a 15 x 9-inch pan. Pour cheese mixture over this layer. Put remaining cookies on top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. |
