1 cup butter,
1/3 cup sugar,
2 cups flour,
2 cups pecans, finely chopped,
2 tablespoons grated orange rind,
1 teaspoon vanilla,
sifted confectioners sugar | | | Cream butter and sugar. Stir in flour, pecans, orange rind and vanilla. Mix well. Shape into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 300 degrees for 35 minutes. Cool slightly and roll in confectioners sugar. |
