Sweet and Sour Pork

I use left over pork chops or pork tenderloin that has been
cooked thoroughly. I take the pork off of the bone and cut it into cubes. I use 2 onions that have been cut into pretty
big strips. I also use 2 green peppers that have been cut into thick cubes. I use about 3 or 4 carrots that have been
cut into thin strips. I use 2 jars of lachoy sweet & sour sauce and 1 can of pineapple chunks that have been drained
very good. After the pork has been cut up add all of your ingredients together and cook thoroughly until the sauce gets thick.

This is a very easy recipe that I made up out of my head one night when I wanted something quick to prepare for supper.

Cooking tip: you can use fresh pork if you like and make up your own sweet& sour sauce recipe using the juice from your pineapple chunks,brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. I prefer lachoy sweet & sour sauce because it comes in a jar and it's already made.
