4 split chicken breasts, 2 chicken bouillion cubes, 1/2 cup water, 5 or 6 medium carrots--sliced, 5 or 6 celery stalks--sliced, 1 large onion-sliced, garlic powder, parsley flakes | | | Place chicken in baking dish with a cover. Add water and boullion cubes. Place sliced vegetables over chicken. Sprinkle generously with garlic powder. Add parsley flakes. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 2 hours. |
