2 cups sliced raw potatoes,
1 pound hamburg,
1 cup finely chopped green pepper,
2 cups diced celery,
1 cup sliced onions,
2 cups canned tomatoes (one 15 ounce can),
2 teaspoons salt,
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Layer ingredients in order given, except salt and pepper, in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 2 hours.
