1 pound frankfurters, 1 tablespoon oil, 2 large green peppers--cut into bite-size pieces, 2 large onions--thinly sliced, 1/4/teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper | | | Cook frankfurter slices until lightly browned, stirring occasionally. Set aside. In hot salad oil, cook green peppers, onion, oregano, salt and pepper until vegetables are tendet, stirring frequently. Add frankfurter slices; toss gently. Heat through. 4 servings. |
