Spaghetti and Meatballs

1 pound ground beef,
1 teaspoon salt,
1/4 teaspoon pepper,
1 minced clove garlic,
3/4 cup chopped onion,
2 tablespoons oil or fat,
1 can tomato sauce,
1 cup water,
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce,
1 8 ounce package spaghetti-cooked,
grated parmesan cheese
Season meat with salt and pepper. Mix lightly and form into 8 meatballs. Cook garlic and onion in hot oil until soft. Push to side of pan. Brown meat balls lightly on all sides. Stir in tomato sauce, water and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer about 30 minutes. Serve over hot cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese. 4 servings.
