This is a sauce that my mother always fixed for our family to eat with baked ham. It is extremely easy, but oh so good! Simply mix one cup of sour cream with horseradish to taste. Our family liked the sauce to have a definite "bite" to it, so Mom always added approx. two tablespoons. Feel free to add more or less.
