1/2 pound ground beef 3 cups water 1 cup tomato juice 1/4 cup shredded carrots 1 cup diced potatoes 1/4 cup chopped celery 2 tablespoons uncooked rice 1 medium onion, chopped 1 teaspoon salt | | | Brown beef in skillet, chopping into bite size pieces as it browns.
