2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 medium onions, chopped 1/2 teaspoon rosemary 1 1/2 pounds artichokes, washed 1 3/4 pints water 1 tablespoon oatmeal 1 small garlic clove, crushed 2 tablespoons soy sauce salt
| | | Heat oil in a medium saucepan. Saute the onion and rosemary for 5 minutes. Add the artichokes and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Blend the soup until smooth with the crushed garlic, soy sauce and salt. Serves 4.
