Cake: 1 package yellow cake mix, 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup cold water, 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup chopped nuts, 1/2 cup Southern Comfort
Glaze: 1/4 cup butter, 1/8 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup Southern comfort
Combine cake ingredients. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased and floured 10" tube or 12 cup Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool about 10 minutes. Invert on plate. Prick to with fork or toothpick. Make glaze (see below). Brush 1/2 of glaze evenly over top and sides of cake. Allow to cool. Reheat glaze. Brush over cake. Before serving, sift 1 tablespoon powdered sugar over cake.
Glaze: Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in water & sugar. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in Southern Comfort.
