1/2 cup butter, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 cup flour, 3/4 cup honey, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 cup grated cocont, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2 cups crispy rice cereal or corn flakes, slightly crushed | | | Combine all ingredients except vanilla and cereal in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until dough leaves side of pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat. Cool. Add vanilla and cereal. Shape into 1 inch balls; roll into additional coconut. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 42. |
