1 cup soft butter, 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 5 ounce can diced roasted almonds, 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, 2 cups flour | | | Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Mix on lowest speed until dough forms and becomes lighter in color. Shape into balls or crescents, using a rounded teaspoonful for each. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 18 minuters. Do not brown. Roll warm cookies in confectioners' sugar. Makes about 54 cookies. |
