1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Toppings-white and chocolate chips, mini marshmallows
| | Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12" pizza pan
If using disposable pizza pan, place on cookie sheet to
bake. Using a spoon, beat melted butter, sugar, vanilla
and eggs in a large bowl. Stir in dry ingredients until
well blended. Pour in to prepared pan. Bake 20 to 22
minutes or until top springs back when touched lightly.
Variations: Sprinkle HOT brownie with Hershey's white
or chocolate and miniature marshmallows, when melted
spread with a butter knife and add sprinkles or other
decorative cake toppings.
