¼ cup margarine or butter In a 1.5 casserole dish in microwave, melt margarine or butter on high for 1 minute. Blend in flour and dry mustard. Stir in milk. Microwave, covered on high for 4 to 6 minutes until thick , stirring occasionally. Beat and whisk until smooth. Add Worchestershire sauce and cheese. Microwave on high for 1 minute until the cheese melts. Serve over English muffins. Makes 4 to 6 servings |
